I love waking up each morning with so much motivation! I am more positive now than ever! Every morning I drink my shake and use my Fitbit to hold me accountable for the amount of exercise I get. I enjoy competing with friends who also have a Fitbit. So grateful for Shakeology and Fitbit!!!
Shakeology Price Breakdown
I have included a few comparisons for those who are interested in trying Shakeology, but hesitant because of the cost. Shakeology ends up being about $4 a shake/day, which is often still difficult to budget in. It sounds like a lot of money, however, when you think about it Shakology is a meal. I dont know about you but by the time I am done buying ingredients, I spend more than $4 on every meal I make.
In addition many of us spend more money monthly purchasing coffee or dining out. We may also spend a significant amount of money purchasing diet pills and supplements that do not end up helping at all.

I personally purchase the vanilla Shakeology bag and add unsweetened cocoa powder to make the chocolate recipes. I figure that you can add chocolate but you cant take it out. There are also variety flavor packs available with a combination of flavors.
